Our version features golden sponge layers made with eggs, flour, and a fragrant honey-sugar syrup infused with bicarbonate of soda for that signature lightness. Each layer is generously filled with a luxurious butter cream creating a melt-in-your-mouth experience. Each slice is approximately 7cm x 7cm — the perfect portion with tea or coffee.
