Turkish Tiramisu Cake

Our own take on the café favourite enjoyed across Türkiye.

Rather than the traditional Italian version, our Turkish-style Tiramisu starts with the same soft homemade sponge we use for our Trileçe. The sponge is infused with coffee and layered with our homemade egg custard and smooth cream, then finished with a generous dusting of cocoa.

The result is somewhere between a classic tiramisu and the beautiful layered cakes found in Turkish pastane culture.

Homemade in small batches. Best served chilled.
