Veggie Pogaca

Our Veggie Pogaca is a beloved Turkish filled bread roll, soft and pillowy on the inside with a golden crust on the outside. The dough is enriched with milk, yoghurt, and egg for a tender, brioche-like texture. The filling is a hearty mix of sautéed carrot, courgette, potato, green and red bell peppers, and onion. Each pogaca is hand-shaped, filled generously, and baked until beautifully golden. Perfect for picnics, as a snack, breakfast item, or alongside soups.
