5.0Our signature Meat Samsa is a traditional Uzbek pastry made with layers of flaky, buttery puff pastry wrapped around a savoury filling of seasoned minced beef and onions for an authentic Central Asian flavour. Each samsa is hand-shaped and oven-baked until golden and crispy.
Order online any time, then collect on Saturday or Sunday between 10:00 and 18:30 at Wilaya Centre, Tetouan.

Frequently asked questions
Is samsa the same as a samosa?
They are cousins. Indian samosas are usually fried and filled with spiced potato. Uzbek samsa is baked in the oven, and ours is buttery puff pastry filled with minced beef, onion and cumin.
How do I reheat meat samsa?
Warm it in the oven at 180°C for 8 to 10 minutes so the pastry turns crisp again. Avoid the microwave, which makes puff pastry soft. Keep leftovers in the fridge and eat them within two days.
Can I order samsa for a party?
Yes. Everything is baked to order, so order as early as you can. For a large quantity, message us on WhatsApp from the contact page first.
